What is the GOEX Guild Affiliate Program?

We are inviting cosplayers, streamers and content creators to apply for our GOEX Guild Affiliate Program!

As a GOEX Guild Affiliate member, you will receive a unique code for their community that gives each of your followers a 10% discount off Game On Expo passes for April 2025! With every code redeemed, GOEX Guild Affiliate members will also earn points, which can be used to earn awesome perks!

There are three levels, each with a different set of rewards, depending on how many members of your community have used your unique code.

For each follower that uses your code, you earn points. Earn more points, level up and earn more awesome rewards!

Requirements

You must apply to be a part of the GOEX Affiliate Guild Program, and acceptance isn’t guaranteed.
The minimum requirements for consideration is to have a following of at least 1,000 followers on at least one platform (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, X, Twitch, TikTok, YouTube). Guild members will receive monthly updates on the status of their point earnings.
GOEX Affiliate Guild Members are required to do at least one shout out on a stream / YouTube video and at least 3 social posts between October 2024-March 2025 to help promote Game On Expo.
Disclaimer

Passes earned on each level are not cumulative, so for example, Level 3 Guild Members don’t earn one single day, one full event pass, and one VIP event pass.
Level 3 includes one VIP event pass only.
Guild Point Values:

Player 2 Kids Pass = 1 point
Day Pass (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) = 3 points
Full Event  Pass = 5 Points
VIP Pass = 10 Points
Ultimate VIP Pass = 15 Points
Level 1 – 25 Points

One single day pass (Guild Member’s choice)
Guild Members must earn at least 25 points.
Streamers/Content creators must do 1 shout out in a stream or social post
At least 3 posts between October-March on 1 or more social platforms

Level 2 – 50 Points

One Full Event Pass
Guild Members must earn at least 50 points.
Streamers/Content creators must do 1 shout out in a stream or social post
At least 3 posts between October-March on 1 or more social platforms

Exclusive GOEX Guild Member pin.
Level 3 – 100 Points

One VIP Event Pass
Guild Members must earn at least 100 points.
Streamers/Content creators must do 1 shout out in a stream or social post
At least 3 posts between October-March on 1 or more social platforms

Exclusive GOEX Guild Member pin.
Exclusive GOEX Guild Member shirt.
